These are the foundations that I think allow for the ultimate spreadsheet.
After hundreds of reports I sent to clients over the years of analyzing instagram accounts and hashtags, I have developed spreadsheet skills without even being conscious of it.
I wanted to simplify the ease and use of my reports and hashtag generators.
I added practical features that business owners would like to use.
Like choosing the hashtag strategy they wanted to deploy based on their aggressiveness and the number of hashtags per post they wanted.
I gave them the freedom to choose with drop downs and copy paste features.
And it was simple to use.
Every spreadsheet I make now for myself or my team, I try to make with these design principles in mind.
Easier said than done but it makes them flexible and meaningful.
